These Terms cover this website only. They are separate from the Program Terms & Conditions and other agreements that apply to Fitness On Fire members, which are provided directly to members during onboarding.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN A DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND AN INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Informational purpose only
The Site exists to provide general information about Fitness On Fire, explain how our coaching works, and showcase the experiences of some of our members. You cannot purchase a program, enroll, or become a member through this Site.Prospective members must contact us directly and complete our assessment process before we determine whether the program is an appropriate fit.
NOTHING ON THIS SITE CONSTITUTES AN OFFER, ACCEPTANCE, OR GUARANTEE OF ENROLLMENT INTO THE FITNESS ON FIRE ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM. Admission to the program is determined solely after completion of our assessment process and acceptance by Fitness On Fire.
Browsing the Site, reading our content, or contacting us does not create a coaching, training, nutritional, medical, or other professional relationship. Such a relationship begins only after both parties have entered into a separate written agreement.

CONTENT ON THE SITE IS GENERAL INFORMATION, NOT MEDICAL OR CLINICAL ADVICE. Please read our full Disclaimer before acting on anything you read here, and consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.
4. Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Fitness On Fire and NutritionistGuru names and marks, photographs, videos, program descriptions, and page design — is owned by Fitness On Fire LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view and share links to our public pages. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
Member photographs and stories appearing on the Site are published with the permission of the individuals shown. Reproducing, downloading, editing, or redistributing those images or stories for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, INCLUDING OUR TRADEMARKS, MEMBER TRANSFORMATIONS, PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS, OR OTHER CONTENT, MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

- Use our name, logos, trademarks, member transformations, testimonials, or other content in any manner that falsely suggests an affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with Fitness On Fire

When you submit our contact form or email us, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send. Please do not send confidential medical information or sensitive personal details through the contact form — email is not a secure channel. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you send us may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

The Site links to third-party websites and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITNESS ON FIRE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00).

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS FITNESS ON FIRE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS FROM ANY CLAIM, DEMAND, LOSS, LIABILITY, OR EXPENSE, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND YOU CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
14. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
