Eyezs Prez reached out to the NutritionistGuru Page because she wanted to be the best version of herself and was tired of the yo-yo dieting and for once wanted to tackle this issue and win. She saw a Facebook posting of another one of “Fitness on Fire” Online Training members success story and decided to give this program a try.

Eyez like many others was more focused on the scale to determine her progress when it’s truly about how your body looks, reshapes and how clothes fit. Thru the process and trusting the program she learned how to focus on her body and being able to see the changes is truly what motivates you to keep going. After seeing her side by side transformation pictures, Eyezs was speechless because prior to the pic she was discouraged by focusing on the scale but when she truly looked at how her shape/curves was more enhanced as she got smaller because she was dropping the body fat, even she was shocked at what she saw. She learned to reflect more on what you see in the mirror, how clothes fit and the compliments from other is the true testament to seeing and gauging your progress. There is no stopping her now as she hasn’t finished her journey yet. Stay tuned for more to come from this young lady.
